Martine Girotto is the General Manager of Plexus Canada, where she leads the company’s Canadian business operations, strategic sales initiatives, marketing execution, and growth strategy. With more than two decades of leadership experience in the direct selling industry, Martine is recognized for her ability to build high-performing teams, develop strong field partnerships, and drive sustainable business growth.
Prior to her appointment as General Manager, Martine served as Director of Sales for Plexus Canada, where she played an instrumental role in strengthening market performance and supporting the continued growth of the company’s Ambassador community. Her promotion reflects a proven track record of leadership, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to customer and Ambassador success.
Before joining Plexus, Martine held senior leadership roles with several respected direct selling organizations, including Mary Kay, Jeunesse Global, and PPLSI, where she led initiatives focused on market expansion, sales development, and organizational growth. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a passion for empowering people, fostering strong company cultures, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
A dedicated advocate for the direct selling profession, Martine brings a unique blend of strategic vision, operational expertise, and people-centered leadership to her role. Her focus is on accelerating growth across Canada while ensuring that Plexus continues to provide innovative products, meaningful opportunities, and outstanding support to its customers and Ambassadors.
Martine holds a degree in Psychology. She resides in Quebec with her husband and their two grown sons. Outside of her professional responsibilities, she enjoys spending time with her family and remains passionate about personal development, leadership, and helping others achieve their goals.
She is a dedicated member of Women of Governance, where she mentors young female executives.
