Having joined Mary Kay in January 2000, Susan has enjoyed a wealth of work opportunities that have covered almost every department, and as a result she possesses a wide breadth of knowledge and understands how direct sales uniquely impacts all areas of business. Now as Senior Director, Canada at Mary Kay Cosmetics Ltd., Susan is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of all functional departments, and she believes that developing strong collaborative relationships are the key to delivering results.
Her love and belief of direct sales goes beyond Mary Kay to the DSA and the direct selling industry as a whole, as she acted as a DSEF board member for several years and has provided support to the DSA for the Socio-Economic Study as well.
