Rising Star Award

The Rising Star award recognizes an emerging independent sales consultant (ISC) who, within their first five years of involvement, exhibits tremendous potential. They have recorded demonstrable growth in the direct selling industry, and have positively impacted their team and company.

2025 Recipient

Frédérique Veilleux, Independent Sales Consultant, MONAT Global Canada. In just one year with MONAT, Frédérique Veilleux has already established herself as a remarkable leader and role model. Since joining in July 2024, she has personally enrolled 40 Independent Sales Consultants and 167 VIP customers, while helping promote 21 new leaders across multiple ranks.
Her results earned her a place among MONAT Canada’s Top 10 Business Achievers of the Year and the title of Visionary Founder. A respiratory therapist and mom of two young boys, Frédérique joined MONAT to build flexibility into her life and more time with family. Her resilience, heart for service, and ability to inspire others embody the true spirit of the Rising Star Award. Watch her story.
