2024 Recipient

Karine Guillemette, Independent Sales Consultant, Mary Kay Cosmetics. Starting her Mary Kay business in August 2021, Karine's rapid rise to an Independent Sales Director by December 2022 is nothing short of remarkable. Her incredible journey includes earning the prestigious pink Cadillac and achieving significant sales milestones, showcasing her tenacity and drive.

Karine's achievements extend beyond personal accolades; she was second runner-up in the Court of Sharing at the Seminar 2023 for her outstanding ability to grow her team, adding 41 new members in just one year. Her strategic approach and charismatic leadership have propelled her career and have also significantly contributed to her team's growth and cohesion.

Despite the challenges of operating from a secluded area, Karine's unwavering dedication and innovative strategies have proven that success knows no boundaries.
