Direct Seller of the Year Award

This award honours an independent sales consultant (ISC) who has made an outstanding contribution to the success of their company and team during the past year. They have demonstrated this through an innovative initiative or program that contributed to sales success and positive industry awareness.

2025 Recipient

Chantal Bisaillon of Mark Kay Cosmetics. Chantal Bisaillon has built a thriving Mary Kay business for 18 years and is one of the industry’s most inspiring leaders. As an Independent Future Executive Senior Sales Director, she surpassed the million-dollar mark in unit retail production for the fifth year in a row, earning the title of #1 Sales Director in Canada and #3 in North America.

Chantal empowers women to lead unapologetically, reminding them they are the “presidents of their own companies.” In 2024/25, she introduced her Power Up 100 New Customers Challenge, coached her team through Mary Kay’s Great Start program, and fostered a culture of accountability and celebration. Living with Crohn’s disease for 25 years, Chantal has transformed her challenges into a platform to uplift others and show how direct selling can empower, heal, and provide purpose.  Watch her story.
