Community Spirit Award

The direct selling industry and its members are recognized for their big hearts and community spirit. Many individuals touch the lives of others both within Canada and across our borders on a global scope. We would like to honour those who are shining examples of these unique traits which contribute so very much to our industry.

The Direct Sellers Association Community Spirit award honours an independent sales consultant whose charitable and/or community service efforts have made a profound difference in the lives of others.

2024 Recipient

Jessica Odar, Independent Sales Consultant, MONAT Global Canada.  Celebrating Jessica Odar of MONAT for her dedication to community involvement such as supporting the Rotary Club of Quebec-Charlesbourg! Since 2012, she has been a pillar of community service, leading through numerous initiatives and significantly boosting their outreach. Her role as President saw her steer the club through the COVID-19 challenges with resilience, embodying the true spirit of service.  Watch her story.
