Community Spirit Award

The direct selling industry and its members are recognized for their big hearts and community spirit. Many individuals touch the lives of others both within Canada and across our borders on a global scope. We would like to honour those who are shining examples of these unique traits which contribute so very much to our industry.

The Direct Sellers Association Community Spirit award honours an independent sales consultant whose charitable and/or community service efforts have made a profound difference in the lives of others.

2025 Recipient

Vonny Fast, Independent Sales Consultant, CUTCO/Vector Marketing Canada.  Vonny Fast co-founded Project Impack, a non-profit created during a mastermind session about making the world a better place. She immediately put the idea into action, launching an initiative dedicated to building community through kindness, giving, and generosity.

The cornerstone of Project Impack is its Random Acts of Kindness Days, which create a ripple effect by surprising and delighting communities through meaningful gestures. Events have already taken place in Toronto, London, and Calgary, raising $40,000 in 2024 and helping to feed 200+ families.
Vonny has been with Vector Marketing Canada! for over 30 years, surpassing $10 million in personal sales while staying deeply rooted in community service. Her work continues to engage local businesses, volunteers, and clients in spreading kindness.  Watch her story.
