DSA Canada is excited to introduce two new Board Directors for 2026/27, bringing fresh voices and new ideas as the Association continues to evolve.

At the recent Annual Conference in Burlington, Martine Girotto, General Manager of Canada at Plexus Worldwide, and Stephen Millman, President at Juice Plus+ Canada, were introduced as Board Directors.

Martine leads Plexus Canada’s Canadian business operations, strategic sales initiatives, marketing execution, and growth strategy. With more than two decades of leadership experience in the direct selling industry, Martine is recognized for her ability to build high-performing teams, develop strong field partnerships, and drive sustainable business growth.

Stephen, born and raised in Newfoundland, has worked his way from the warehouse to leading the Canadian business at Juice Plus+ over a thirty-year career.  As President, he feels fortunate to be given the opportunity to travel across Canada and work with an amazing team of representatives on the company’s mission.

Marcia Cota, of MONAT Global, continues in the role of Board Chair, with Randall Markus of Tocara serving as Vice Chair. Their ongoing leadership has had a significant impact on the direct selling community and is helping to establish a benchmark for future success.

A debt of gratitude is owed to outgoing Board Directors, Victoria Beaune and Cindy Tokoly. Each played an important active role in DSA Canada’s recent progress.
