A true Mary Kay ambassador, Lynda Rose is regarded for her commitment to living the Mary Kay way, elevating Mary Kay as a beauty brand, and sharing the viability of Mary Kay as a business opportunity. Lynda has devoted much of her Mary Kay career to travelling the country to mentor and guide women, something she will continue to pursue in her role as General Manager. She has dedicated her time to improving entrepreneurship opportunities for women across the country during the time she was appointed as a member of the Government of Canada’s Advisory Council on Women Entrepreneurs and Business Leaders where she advised and shared insights on issues affecting women in business. An active member of the Direct Sellers Association (DSA) of Canada, Lynda has provided her leadership as Chair of the DSA Board and as a result in 2010, she was also honoured with the Ivan P. Phelan award. She was also one of four Mary Kay employees who received the distinguished Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal for their significant contribution to the direct selling industry. Today, Lynda serves on the Boards of the Direct Selling Association (DSA); is the Chair of the Look Good Feel Better Board and serves as a Strategic Business Advisor to the Red Shawl Organization.
With the Mary Kay independent sales force leading the way, Lynda is looking forward to celebrating the company’s continued growth, all while perpetuating Mary Kay Ash’s legacy.
