DSEF Circle of Distinction Award

The DSEF Circle of Distinction Award recognizes individuals who have devoted significant years of service and have made considerable contributions to the Direct Selling Education Foundation and the direct selling industry.

2026 Recipient

Julie Capito, Customer Experience Manager, USANA Health Sciences - Julie has invested her knowledge and love for the direct selling industry for decades, recently celebrating her 28th Anniversary with USANA in April. With her experience in Operations, Sales and Customer Experience, she has deep knowledge and a passion for serving USANA’s ISC's and supporting them in growth, always with a "can do" attitude and bright smile.

Julie has served with intelligence and passion on the DSEF Board since 2019, supporting fundraising efforts at Conference and beyond, alongside a host of other activities and initiatives. She is a champion of the Annual Scholarship program and has played a crucial in widening its reach and audience. She has also played a key role in DSEF research initiatives, such as the recent National ISC Survey.

In addition, she is USANA’s key liaison with DSA Canada, pushing the Scholarship program out to the field, ensuring qualification criteria for the Code Promotion Certificate, assembling Conference boodle boxes, and much more.
