DSA Canada is excited to welcome a new Board Chair, introduce two new Board Directors, and celebrate those Board Directors whose terms have ended.

At the recent Annual Conference in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Marcia Cota, Senior Vice President, North America at MONAT Global, moved into the role of Board Chair. Marcia brings a wealth of direct selling knowledge and strategic expertise to this important role. 

Marcia succeeds Colleen Leithman of AVON, whose leadership had a significant impact on the direct selling community and helped to establish a benchmark for future governance. Colleen’s steady hand and guidance will be missed by the Association.

Stepping into Board Director positions are Victoria Beaune, Regional Sales Manager, Western Canada and Ontario at Plexus Worldwide, and Nicole Keely, North American Director of Sales Activation and Development at AVON. The introduction of new perspectives from these Directors is exciting for the Board’s growth and evolution.

A debt of gratitude is owed to outgoing Board Directors, Helena Alexandre, Vice President & General Manager at Arbonne Canada, Patty Anthe and Philippe Guerreau. Each played an important active role in DSA Canada’s recent success and progress.
