Recherche de transfert de programme

Advanced Standing into Level 5 of the 4-year bachelor's degree. 

A Minimum of two years, including summer bridge, four academic levels and one co-op work term are required to complete the degree at Fanshawe.

Students need to contact their Program Coordinator to review their program completion plan. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that all degree requirements are met prior to graduation.

To be eligible for transfer credit, students must meet the following requirements:   

• Fanshawe College’s standard entry requirements, per Fanshawe College Policy A108 – Admission of Students to Post-secondary Programs, and any other program specific requirements.
• successful completion of the Early Childhood Education 2-year diploma
• an overall average of 2.5 (C+ grade) in accordance with Fanshawe Policy A112
• completion of the summer bridging semester, as specified below

Passerelle

Students will need to successfully complete the following four bridging courses during the Summer Term (May to August) before entering level 5 of the bachelor's degree:

• Bridging Course #1: Evidence Based Practice in Early Childhood
• Bridging Course #2: Introduction to Early Childhood Leadership
• Composition & Rhetoric from the Honours Bachelor of Early Childhood Leadership program
• Degree Level Breadth Course Elective (it is recommended that this be a subject other than an SOSC course)

Conditions de résidence dans le programme

Transfer students who have successfully completed the summer bridging semester will enter Level 5 of the Honours Bachelor of Early Childhood Leadership degree in September. The anticipated schedule of student progression is a minimum of two years, including summer bridge, four academic levels and one co-op work term.

Fanshawe College has been granted consent by the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities to  offer this applied degree program for a seven-year term starting June 2010. The College shall ensure that all students admitted to the above-named program during the period of consent will have the opportunity to complete the program within a reasonable time frame.
