Pathway students will receive a block of credit that reflects credit for all specializations within the Bachelor of Business Administration. Based on the specialization chosen, not all credits from this block will apply.
For the Human Resources Management specialization: 20 credits will apply to degree requirements.
For the Accounting, Business Management, Marketing, Hospitality Travel & Tourism, or Supply Chain Management specializations: 16 of 20 credits will apply to degree requirements.
Exigences
For the Human Resources Management specialization: Graduates of this three-year Ontario College advanced diploma program with a minimum GPA of 70% (3.0 on Seneca's grade scale) are eligible to enter the fourth semester of the Bachelor of Business Administration degree in the winter or fall term. Students who begin the degree in the winter term will complete the degree in three academic semesters plus one work-integrated learning term. Students who being the degree in the fall term will complete the degree in four academic semesters plus one work-integrated learning term (longer path to degree completion due to course availability).
For the Accounting, Business Management, Marketing, Hospitality Travel & Tourism, or Supply Chain Management specializations: Graduates of this three-year Ontario College advanced diploma program with a minimum GPA of 70% (3.0 on Seneca's grade scale) are eligible to enter the third semester of the Bachelor of Business Administration degree in the winter or fall term. How to apply:
Domestic students will be required to submit an application via Ontario Colleges Application Service (OCAS) and select “advanced entry” or “degree completion” as their entry semester. Official transcripts showing diploma completion and a final program GPA must be submitted.
International students will apply via Seneca’s International Student Web Application, and follow up with their Admissions Advisor regarding their pathway eligibility. The student will need their Seneca application confirmation number when they reach out to their advisor. Official transcripts showing diploma completion and a final program GPA must be submitted.

All Seneca pathways will have a review date of three years from the date of implementation. Pathways may have a shorter review date if substantive curriculum changes are made to either the sending or receiving program. Students enrolled in the receiving institution at the time of any change or notice of termination will be given the opportunity to complete their studies based on the terms of the pathway in effect at the time of their enrollment.
