OCAD U recognizes VFS’s 3D Animation & Visual Effects Diploma as the academic basis for admission to the OCAD U Experimental Animation BFA Program. Graduates of the VFS program who completed the diploma in good standing are eligible to apply for upper-year entry into OCAD U’s Bachelor of Fine Arts. Applicants to OCAD U under this agreement must have graduated from the VFS 3D Animation & Visual Effects Diploma Program no later than June for September admission and must meet OCAD U's English prerequisite requirement and/or language proficiency requirement for admission.

This agreement shall remain in effect unless terminated earlier by either party with at least one (1) year prior written notice. Either Party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice of termination on the occurrence of a breach of this Agreement by the other Party that continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice of such breach is given to the defaulting Party by the other Party. In the event that this Agreement is terminated, all participating students who commenced their studies at OCAD U before the date of termination will be permitted to complete their approved course of study.
