Program Transfer Search

Students beginning studies in the General Arts and Science Diploma program since Fall 2023 will receive the following 7.0 transfer credits: 

• 0.5 WRIT 1001H – Write in Time
• 0.5 MATH 1080H – Math for Everyday Life 
• 4.0 unassigned Arts credits at the 1000 level
• 2.0 unassigned Arts credits at the 2000 level*

*Additional notes: Students who have completed specific choice credits may be eligible to have unassigned Arts credits replaced with departmental credit. A complete list is available in the pathway promotion documentation included on this page. Students eligible for a transfer credit adjustment must e-mail admissions@trentu.ca.

Transfer credits for students who began studies in the General Arts and Science Diploma program prior to Fall 2023 will be awarded on a course-by-course basis.

To qualify for this agreement, students must have: 

• Successfully completed St. Lawrence College’s General Arts and Science Diploma; 
• A minimum overall average of 75%

The agreement will be reviewed annually, or sooner in the event of major curriculum changes in either partner’s programs. This agreement may be terminated by either party. In this case, notice of one year is required. In the event of termination of the agreement, every effort will be made to ensure that students currently enrolled in the program will not be affected.
